12 Hour Overnight Fasting - World's Best Detox

What to do?

Don’t eat after 8 pm till 8 am the next day. This naturally creates a gap of 12 hours between two meals.

Why is it important?

Digestive power diminishes after sunset in India. Food eaten post-sunset generates sticky toxins or AMA as per Ayurveda.

Also, Detox works when you’re asleep. The body diverts all energy towards full-body detoxification when it's at rest as it doesn’t have to work on digesting food in the stomach or other daily chores when you're awake.
